How does it work?

1 Complete your company registration.
2 Create a vacancy, and obtain a reference code. If you require added security, use vacancy selection criteria to enable or disable parts of the vacancy to be viewed by applicants such as contact telephone number or parts of the job description.
3 You publish reference code and site address in the advertising media such as a newspaper classified or inform candidates by any other method.
4 The candidates enter the site, log in using your vacancy reference, and provide information about themselves (including if they want a photograph and resume file). The candidate is asked to complete the psychological test, and submit an application for your vacancy.
5 You examine the list of applicants and select whom to invite for an interview, whom to accept immediately, or whom to decline. You have access to all the information which a candidate has given about him or her self. You can leave commentary about each applicant (if the individual later applies for another vacancy, you will see this commentary again).
All steps thus far were absolutely free. You have a convenient tool for selection of personnel, your only expenses being the publication of a two line notice in the paper or hardly anything! In other places the placement of even one vacancy costs several hundred dollars.
Additional part - payed services
First, you can view a psychological portrait for each potential employee. The payment is for the test of each applicant (you are only charged once, but can view it as many times as necessary). To help you in assessing how much interest this service has for you, we add 5 such reports to your account on registration!
A second service is provided in case you simply need to an answer to a query such as "will he be a good salesman?", or "which of these three candidates is the best salesperson?" (payment will include each candidate, who is included in the query), or simply to obtain a detailed psychological description which is not produced automatically.
Such insights will be provided by a professional psychologist who has long-standing practice in a recruiting agency on the basis of the test. You can order a detailed psychological portrait from us. It costs substantially more than a simple automatic test, but it enhances substantially the process of making the correct decision, and makes for a simpler candidate selection.
