How the site works (for the employers)
1. Register

2. Add a vacancy for which you want to find a candidate. The amount of vacancies you can add is unlimited. As soon as you add your vacancy, you will be able to search the database with people who are looking for a job. Moreover, you will be able to look through two psychological reports of the office-seekers.

Each vacancy can be made visible in search and then the applicants from our database will be able to find it and apply for it. Otherwise, you can make your vacancy hidden. Then it will be possible to apply for it only for those who have received your invitation with the number of the vacancy and the name of the site. The number that should be indicated by office-seekers is written near the title of your vacancy.
3. Applicants who have got the name of the site and vacancy’s number should enter the number and register at the site, fill in the questionnaire and take the test.
4. You can see all the office-seekers for the vacancy as soon as you log in at the site. You can see all the vacancies you have added.

Entering each one of them you will see the list of those who have applied for it. The program analyzes all the data provided by the applicants and compares it with the criteria stated by you. If the applicant’s data answers your requirements, you will be informed about it. The applicants who do not match your demands are marked red.

5. You can browse the list of applicants both in detailed and short view. You can reject the applicants, those of them rejected transferred into a new “Refuse-List”. If needed, you can send them an automatic notification on the rejection by email. You can also transfer applicants into the “Favorites”, which will allow you to gather those who are most interesting to you in one list and work with them there. You can also send them an invitation for a job interview browsing them in the list with some corrections introduced to the notification template. Moreover, you can transfer them into another vacancy if you find them more suitable for another position.

6. Our site gives you an opportunity to look through the results of the applicants’ psychological testing. To see the detailed psychological report you should click the corresponding option either in the detailed view or from the applicant’s page. Registering here you are able to browse 5 psychological reports for free. If you want to use this service further on, you should transfer the payment into your account (either by web-money, credit card or a bank transfer). As soon as you pay, you will be able to look through the reports of all the applicants you are concerned with.

7. For the sake of your convenience, we have several tools that make your work with psychological reports easier. They are the following.
a) You are not sure about the features your ideal employee should obtain, but you have several officers who have been working in your company for a long time and proved to be the most successful in their field. Ask them to take the test on this site and go by the link “Add a sample” at the vacancy page. Thereupon, in the applicants’ list you will be able to see a person’s degree of matching the sample, while the detailed report of every office-seeker will show you the results of comparing it with your sample.
b) If you want to supply your own psychological criteria to evaluate the candidates, go by the link “supply my criteria of psychological report” at the vacancy page. You can add up to ten new parameters of estimation. We will modify the program according to your personal preferences and after five working-days you will get a personally disposed report for your vacancy. Besides the standard criteria, you will see new parameters added by your request in the beginning of the report.
