How the site works (for the employees)

1. If you need the site to review a particular vacancy the number of which is familiar to you, enter the number in the corresponding field on the front page. As well you can register first making your questionnaire available for the employers to review and only then specify the vacancy’s number. You will be able to see the detailed information about the vacancy. If you find it interesting, choose an option “apply for the vacancy”.

2. You can provide not only brief information about you on your personal page, but a detailed resume and photographs. Your pictures can become an important argument for the employer to choose you for the position, if your future occupation will be directly related to dealing with clients, partners or customers.

3. At the site you can review all the vacancies of your concern if they are available for the revision. To see the vacancies go by the link “search” from your personal page. All your criteria are added to the search by default. You can leave them as they are or introduce some changes. Click on “search” to see the list of those who are seeking for a specialist like you.

4. You can send your questionnaire to the employer from the detailed view mode by choosing the option “apply for the vacancy”.

5. Our site supposes you to take the test. All your answers remain highly confidential and will never be passed to the employer. The employer will see only the results of processing your answers that will help him or her to understand what kind of job will be optimal for you, what your promotion prospects are and what kind of activity makes you happy.

6. If once in a while you decide that something has changed in you, you can retake the test. It is not recommended to take the test in haste or after a restless night. The program is responsive to your moods and by doing this you take a risk of representing in an unfavorable light.
